I cross this bridge every morning and night and I’m still captivated by the the city views and the grandious design of the bridge.
Often referred to as “Madonna’s bra” the ANZAC Bridge is the longest span cable-stayed bridge in Australia.
The bridge is 32.2 metres (106 ft) wide and the main span is 345 metres (1,132 ft) long.
It crosses Johnston’s Bay in inner Sydney Harbour.
It was opened in 1995.
This unusual perspective was taken in 2011 on my nightly commute.
I have taken to always having a camera with me for just such photographic impulses.
Aren’t you glad you’re not a passenger in MY car?
Hope you enjoy this little anectdote…
